Privacy Policy
Allstaff (allstaff.ai) lets you create and work with AI agents. It is operated by Presentail. This policy explains what information we collect when you use it, why, and what choices you have.
Information we collect
- Sign-in details. When you choose "Continue with Google", Google shares your name, email address and profile picture with us. We ask for nothing beyond these basic sign-in details.
- What you put into Allstaff. Your messages, instructions, files and settings for the agents you create, and the results the agents produce.
- Connections you set up. If you connect another service (for example email, WhatsApp or an accounting tool), we hold the access needed to use it on your behalf, and the data your agents read from it while doing your tasks.
- Basic technical data. Standard server logs such as time, device type and errors, used to keep the service running and secure.
How we use it
- To sign you in and keep your account secure.
- To run your agents and show you their work.
- To fix problems, prevent abuse and improve the service.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use Google account information for advertising.
Who processes it
We use service providers to run Allstaff, including cloud hosting, AI model providers that process the text of your agents' tasks so they can respond, and voice providers when you use voice features. They receive only what is needed to provide their service to us.
Keeping and deleting your data
We keep your information while your account is active. To have your account and its data deleted, email hello@presentail.com from the address on your account. We delete it within 30 days and email you when it is done. You can also revoke Allstaff's access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, but no online service can be completely secure.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above.
