Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use Allstaff (allstaff.ai), operated by Presentail. By signing in or using the service you agree to them.
Your account
You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to it secure. You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live.
What the service does
Allstaff lets you create AI agents that carry out tasks for you. Agents can make mistakes. Review important results, and anything an agent sends, books, pays or changes, before you rely on it.
Acceptable use
Do not use Allstaff to break the law, harass or harm others, send spam, attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, or interfere with the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you put into Allstaff and of what your agents produce for you. You give us permission to process it only as needed to provide the service to you.
Third-party services
Allstaff can connect to services you choose. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Allstaff available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features, and we may update these terms by changing the date above.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Presentail is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of Allstaff.
Ending use
You can stop using Allstaff at any time and ask us to delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
